DOLORS FORTEZA FORTEZA

PhD in Psychopedagogy and Professor of the Department of Applied Pedagogy and Educational Psychology, area of Didactics and School Organization, at the University of the Balearic Islands. Her extensive teaching and research career has focused on diversity in the different educational stages, inclusive education, quality of life and disability and teacher training. She belongs to the research group Escuela Inclusiva y Diversidad (GREID), with numerous publications and contributions to national and international conferences.  

She has held various university management positions (deputy director and secretary of the Department, vice-dean, dean of the Faculty of Education, vice-rector of Teaching...). She is currently director of the Office of Support for people with special needs, as well as responsible for the organisation and development of the adjustments and assistance required by students with disabilities and other specific needs for access and admission to higher education. She coordinates the speciality in Inclusive Education of the official Master's Degree in "Psychoeducational Research and Intervention". She is a member of the Spanish Society of Pedagogy and president of the Network of Universities and Inclusive Education (RUEI).
