Full Professor at the University in the Area of Building at UPM, which pertains to the Department of Architectural Constructions and their Control, at the Escuela Técnica Superior de la Edificación de Madrid - ETSEM of UPM.

Former Vice-Chancellor of the Polytechnic University of Madrid Campus.

In charge of and Coordinator of the subjects of the Universal Accessibility and Design for All Undergraduate Degree in Technical Architecture and Masters of Universal Accessibility and Elimination of Barriers of the Technical Architecture –MAGE.

Member on the Technical Scientific Committee of CERMI for the implementation of the subject on Accessibility and Disability in Higher Education.

Director of the Summer School Course of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Accessibility and Disability applied to Building, from 2003 to present.
